Elizabeth M. Knight is President and CEO of PLM Lender Services, Inc., an independent trustee service which specializes in foreclosures, private investor loan servicing, document drawing, fund administration and REO disposal. Ms. Knight is a licensed California real estate broker and has been in the foreclosure and loan servicing field since 1981 and in the real estate field since 1977.

Ms. Knight is a graduate of St. Mary’s College with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in English and an Associate’s degree in Business with a minor in Real Estate.

Ms. Knight currently serves as the Secretary for the United Trustees Association. She is also a court qualified expert in the field of foreclosure and loan servicing.

Michelle R. Rodriguez is the in-house counsel and chief compliance officer of R.C. Temme Corporation in Woodland Hills, California. Ms. Rodriguez is licensed as an attorney in California, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Ms. Rodriguez earned a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. Ms. Rodriguez is a licensed real estate broker and maintains an NMLS MLO endorsement. Ms. Rodriguez is chairperson of the Dodd-Frank committee of the California Mortgage Association and has presented many courses at that organization’s educational seminars on such topics as the Truth-in-Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Odell Murry has served as the California Mortgage Association’s President, Vice President, Treasurer and Chairperson of the finance committee since 2010 and has been a member of the Association since 2001, responsible for overseeing a number of financial matters, including budget preparation, monthly reports, and annual audits.

Mr. Murry is also the founder and president of MAI Financial Services, Inc., established in 1989, a mortgage banking firm specializing in retail, office, industrial, residential and other types of real estate financing. He holds a California Real Estate Broker License, California Finance Lenders License, and he is licensed by the Nationwide Mortgage License System. His many years of real estate experience include ownership, management, or financing of various commercial, industrial & residential properties. During the early 1990’s his firm also worked as a contractor for the U.S. Treasury Department serving as a real estate asset/property manager for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC).

Mr. Murry serves as president of a non-profit foundation and is or has been a member of a number of associations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, Association of Realtors, California Receivers Forum, Military Officers Association of America (commissioned U.S. Army officer), Vallejo General Hospital (director), and the University of Massachusetts (chairman of executive committee | W.E.B. Du Bois Center).

Previously, Mr. Murry spent two decades in the retail industry as a leading executive with several national and international companies. In 1969 he became the first African American store manager for F.W. Woolworth Company and was one of the youngest general managers of any major national chain. He ended his retail career as President of Gateway Marketplace, an affiliate of The Price Club (later named Costco Warehouse Stores).

Mr. Herzer is currently on the website and membership committees for CMA and has been on educational panels for CMA and CAMB. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Menlo Park Rotary, the CK Foundation, and contributes to the Berkeley Food Project, Rebuilding Together, the Kentfield Schools Foundation and several other charities.

Steve Belleville is Director of Sales and Marketing for Redwood Mortgage Corp. Mr. Belleville oversees originations of commercial loans, multi-family and residential investment property loans. Prior to that, Mr. Belleville’s mortgage lending experience involved managing real estate loan production in the San Francisco Bay Area for a medium sized Mortgage Banking company covering three offices (including one net branch.) He has been active with the California Mortgage Association since 2003 and has served on the Board of Directors since 2010.

Prior to his employment in the mortgage banking industry, Mr. Belleville worked in the computer electronics industry for 18 years and last held the position as General Manager of a $200M revenue business unit for a fortune 500 company.

T. Robert Finlay is one of the three founding partners of Wright, Finlay & Zak. Since 1994, Mr. Finlay has focused his legal career on consumer finance and mortgage-related litigation, compliance and regulatory matters.
